This video set is intended to help you through the k1 visa process. We will go over the K1 visa application, and how to assemble it with your packet of information and evidence. We will go over the letter of intent to marry, the statement of the circumstances of meeting otherwise known as the Description of how we met. We will cover all of the required documents and forms such as the I-129F petition for alien fiance, G-1145, proof of ability to support, and so much more.

We will interject with a normal episode here and there. Additionally in upcoming episodes we will cover all the steps of the K1 visa process; and every hurdle or delay you may encounter such as: a RFE or Request for further evidence, the NOA or Notice of Action, Medical Clearance appointment, Sputum culture, Embassy Closure due to the global situation, Contacting Congress and the White House for help, and possible legal action to take when your process is frozen or stuck in administrative processing such as a lawsuit filed against the Government agencies called a writ of mandamus.
